巷修机用破碎锤折展机构的设计及研究

The dsign and research on broken hammer flding mechanisms of roadway repair machine

摘要: 针对现有的破碎锤折展机构使用过程中,破碎锤钎杆的摆动角度大于5°,严重影响了破碎锤的工作效率和使用寿命的实际问题。文章基于破碎锤伸展过程中的三个特殊位置,利用作图法设计了全新的破碎锤折展机构,该机构可以使破碎锤沿直线伸出或收回,文中给出了单独调整摇臂-Ⅰ和摇臂-Ⅱ长度的具体措施。以某型号破碎锤为例,应用文章所述设计方法设计了破碎锤折展机构,破碎锤在展开的最后200mm行程内,钎杆角度变化量为024°,钎杆顶点沿钎杆径向方向的最大位移为361mm,满足破碎锤使用要求。

Abstract: The swinging angle of broken hammer in existing flding mechanisms is greater than 5 degrees, the work efficiency and service life of the broken hammer are seriously affected. In response to this problem, using the three special positions of the broken hammer, A new kind of broken hammer flding mechanisms is designed by using the drawing method. The mechanism can extend or retract the broken hammer in a straight line.The measures for adjusting the length of the rod-Ⅰand rod-Ⅱ are given. Take a type of broken hammer as an example, the broken hammer flding mechanisms is designed by the design approach is described in this article. In the post-200mm travel, angle variation of drill rod is 0.24 degrees, the maximum displacementthe of the top point of drill rod is 3.61mm along the radial direction of the drill rod, these indicators are meet the requirement of the broken hammer.
